Conditions – Overview

Different conditions can effect your life in a very real and negative way. The types of conditions that had been impacting negatively on the clients I have worked with can be grouped into the broad themes or topics below.

If these type of conditions are impacting on you then take that first step and contact me for your free initial consultation. Imagine how much better your life will be as you learn to access your unconscious inner resources through Hypnotherapy, learn conscious and quick techniques through NLP,  control your stress response through Stress Management, focus on future success through Coaching, clear blockages in your body’s energy system through Energy Psychology and unlock negative thinking patterns with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy techniques. This can result in powerful and positive life changes for you in a short period of time.

Habits

People can find themselves in the grip of many different types of habits that they seem unable to control or stop, from something like alcohol, nail-biting or smoking to more deep-seated compulsions like Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. These habits can seem outside of the conscious control or may be a coping mechanism for stress or other life factors.

Feelings

People can suffer from distressing feelings such as low mood, panic attacks, anxiety, depression, jealousy, guilt, anger or inadequacy. These feelings can overwhelm you making daily life difficult and stopping you from enjoying or life or feeling you can move on. Whatever the problem feeling, my safe and confidential service gives you the tools and techniques you need to move forward.

Phobias

People can experience an irrational or uncontrollable fear of a wide range of insects, animals, objects or situations e.g. spiders, dogs, heights, flying, public speaking etc. The techniques I use enable you to address the fear and any negative impact it is having on you so you can fulfil your true potential without anything holding you back.

Thoughts and ideas

People can suffer from thoughts of low self-esteem, or obsessive thoughts about someone or something. They may not be able to get these thoughts out of their mind, may be obsessing on one particular negative thought or may be unable to stop the thoughts from impacting negatively on their confidence. For example, the person who cannot stop worrying about events they have no control over, or that believes someone is being untruthful when there is no reason to suspect this. The combination of techniques I use enables the client to challenge and change these ideas in a safe and secure way.
